Perfect for couples and those looking to explore the surrounding areas due to there being lots to do!
A modern purpose built two-floor apartment. The property has it's own entrance lobby and stairs from the communal entrance, rising to the second floor, opening to a spacious open landing with a built in wardrobe, open plan lounge/kitchen (with an integrated gas hob and electric oven as well as a 55" TV with Prime Video, a Nintendo Wii + games, microwave, fridge/freezer and kettle plus tea and coffee to help yourself), double bedroom, modern bathroom with bath and shower. There is a washing machine and floor double-mattress in the airing cupboard. Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as access to a private carpark (first come first serve basis).

The apartment is walking distance from local bridle paths with views of sheep if you fancy a leisurely walk, a run or cycling (head down the lane next to St Michael & All Angels Church). You can see the church from the apartment windows, and for an added treat, the bells do work!
Getting around
There is carpark reserved just for residences and their guests, or you can park just opposite, so that yoru vehicle is in view from all of the windows within the apartment. Alfreton train station is our local and there are regular busses.
